Shign App is the dedicated and interactive survey tool that allows you to log reviews of your professional service environment (e.g. office and education). Shign invites you periodically through the app to assess a selection of features of the service environment in your immediate vicinity. Via the online dashboard the administrator can monitor real-time results.

The app is part of the integrated service concept of Shign B.V. After prolonged collecting user feedback, statistical analyses provide insight into the extent to which elements of the service environment contribute to the users performance. The customer is then presented proposals to implement evidence-based interventions into the service environment to improve user performance.

HOW DOES IT WORK - You simply log in with your email address and password. You enter once only a limited number of personal characteristics and specify how often you want to receive a notification of the app to assess the service environment. You can then start a targeted questionnaire by selecting your current location from a list. You will then be prompted to review a limited number of facility features of your immediate vicinity. If you close the app, you will during working days in the frequency you specified receive a notification to start the survey.

NOTE - To use this app your organisation should have a Shign account. Without a valid account, you can indeed install the app on your smartphone, but the app will not recognize you if you try to login. The use of the Shign App is time limited, as has been agreed with your organisation. After the expiration of this period, you cannot log in anymore.
